Persistent Flowers provides fresh flower arrangements, bouquets, and related products for personal and corporate occasions. Our services include same-day delivery within Chennai and selected areas.

3. Orders and Payment

• All orders are subject to availability of flowers and delivery slots.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
• Payment must be completed at the time of order placement.
• We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking.
• Order confirmation will be sent via email after successful payment.

4. Delivery

• Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2 PM.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on traffic and weather conditions.
• Recipient must be available at the delivery address to receive the order.
• We reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or higher value if specific varieties are unavailable.
• Delivery charges may apply based on location and order value.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

• Orders can be cancelled up to 4 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 4 hours before delivery may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
• If you receive damaged or incorrect flowers, please contact us within 24 hours with photos for a replacement or refund.

6. Product Information

While we strive to display accurate photos and descriptions, actual arrangements may vary slightly due to seasonal availability, natural variations in flowers, and artistic interpretation by our florists. We guarantee that the value and quality of the final arrangement will match or exceed what is shown.

8. Limitation of Liability

Persistent Flowers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
